“We were looking for someone to provide us with high-quality interiors for our holiday villa at Phuket, something that is cozy and comfortable but also functional for easy rentals. We wanted someone who is reasonable but also provides us with Grade A quality. And we needed an end-to-end solution, from furniture items, décor, kitchenware and linen for our three bedrooms and poolside. We were glad to have found Oriental Living through an internet search process. Whilst at the time we took a bit of a risk as we didn’t choose them through any recommendations, however our experience turned out to be exceptional. I am based in Singapore, so for me to entrust someone to deliver on everything through distant management was based on the comfort and professionalism they exhibited during the sales process. They provided us with detailed specifications of all items with optionality. They responded well to feedback and adapted the options based on my choices and preferences. In the end, they delivered what they promised, and it was delivered in time. One of the items, dining chairs, was delayed due to shipment issues during the pandemic restrictions but they helped provide temporary back-up furniture that was very respectable. Replacements were also provided easily, although not much was required. They were responsive, easy to communicate with and very quick in responding with solutions and options. Overall, I would recommend using their team for a great holiday home experience for your villa or apartment.”
